Employee Experience

Employee Experience is created in the minds of employees by comparing their needs with the working conditions. This comparison is mostly unconscious and leads to feelings, thoughts and actions.

Employee Experience is more than satisfaction or recommendation of the employer. Just like Customer Experience, it is about satisfying human needs, only in the context of work. With the 77 Human Needs System, we have identified 30 needs that are central to the work experience. 30 needs sounds a lot, but the good news is: it opens up unimagined opportunities for employers to turn their employees into true fans.
